As we continue to grow, Zetwerk remains focused on empowering manufacturers, creating jobs, and strengthening India’s position as a global manufacturing powerhouse - in line with the vision of Make in India, Digital India, and Startup India. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of ERP solutions across Supply Chain functions. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end ERP implementation initiatives covering Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics, Planning, and Manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Technology teams to streamline processes, improve visibility, and enable scalable business growth through digital transformation. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end ERP implementation for Supply Chain processes including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing. - Gather business requirements, map current and future-state processes, and translate them into system solutions. - Partner with business stakeholders to standardize and optimize supply chain workflows and controls. - Drive solution design, configuration reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. - Coordinate with ERP consultants, implementation partners, and internal technology teams to ensure timely project delivery. - Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making. - Ensure master data governance, process compliance, and data integrity across ERP modules. - Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct user training programs to drive adoption. - Identify automation opportunities and implement digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and control. **EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS** • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred. • 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, ERP Implementation, or Digital Transformation roles. • Hands-on experience implementing ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Production Planning, Logistics, and Order Fulfilment. • Experience managing large-scale ERP projects, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and change management. • Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial, Engineering, or Supply Chain-intensive organizations. • Exposure to Supply Chain automation, workflow tools, Power Platform, RPA, or process digitization initiatives. • Certification in ERP, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), or Supply Chain disciplines will be an added advantage.
