Erp Implementation Manager

Job description

- Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end ERP implementations (full cycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, deployment, user training, post-go-live support) across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, HR, and CRM. - Define project scope, resource planning, timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate and manage the project teaminternal resources, external vendors, functional consultants, and business users—for successful and timely execution of project deliverables. - Select, evaluate, and recommend ERP solutions for rollout, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite, Fusion), SAP S/4HANA, Infor, or similar platforms. - Drive fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, data migration, and integration of ERP with other business applications and third-party systems. - Monitor implementation progress, resolve issues, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines and quality standards. - Design and execute change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, end-user training, documentation, and adoption planning. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, information security policies, and auditing requirements. - Provide ongoing post-implementation support, issue resolution, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
