Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 48 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS). Strong experience in ERP production support and maintenance. Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues. Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools. Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis. Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
