Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 36873 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI # **Title:** **ESKAR Functional Specialist-Enterprise Apps** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Job Description – Esker AP Automation Specialist** **Role Summary** Looking for a Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in **Esker AP Automation** to manage invoice processing, integrations, and production support. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage **Esker platform** (profiles, workflows, OCR, inbound channels) - Handle **invoice lifecycle** including validation, approval, and rejection - Support **PO & Non-PO invoice processing** and reconciliation logic - Work on **Esker–ERP integrations** (SAP, NetSuite, Infor CSI) via APIs/SFTP - Troubleshoot **invoice errors, mapping issues, and runtime failures** - Act as **SPOC** for Esker-related issues and coordinate with AP & ERP teams - Provide **production support, debugging, and issue resolution** - Prepare documentation and support **KT sessions** **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **Esker AP Automation** - Knowledge of **AP processes and invoice workflows** - Experience with **API integrations, JSON/XML** - Basic **JavaScript** for logic handling **Soft Skills** - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Good communication and stakeholder management
