**Role & responsibilities** : ETL design and implement endtoend ETL pipelines for largescale Oracle onprem to MongoDB cloud migration **Preferred candidate profile** : - Hands on Experience on **AWS Glue** **and AWS DMS** with hands on experience on **pySpark**. - Design transformation logic and schemas to align relational Oracle data models with MongoDB NoSQL document structures. - Ensure **data quality, integrity, reconciliation, and auditability across migration** and ingestion pipelines. - **Optimise ETL performance, scalability,** and cost using AWS best practices. - Work closely with MongoDB, API, and AWS Architecture teams to support downstream - Support **data migration activities** from relational databases to MongoDB. - Work with **MongoDB Atlas** for cloud deployments and monitoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an **Agile setup**. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and performance mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
