The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion. **About The Role** We are looking for an experienced **ETL Tester** with 4+ years of expertise in validating data integration, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source and target systems while working closely with ETL developers, business analysts, and data engineers. **Job Title:** **ETL DATABRICKS TESTER** **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Validate ETL workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation. - Verify data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness across systems. - Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend database validation. - Test data warehouse, data mart, and reporting solutions. - Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, and System Testing. - Validate business rules, data transformations, and mapping documents. - Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools. - Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve issues. - Validate scheduled ETL jobs and monitor execution logs. - Participate in requirement analysis, test estimation, and test planning activities. - Prepare test summary reports and maintain testing documentation. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best testing practices throughout the project lifecycle. **Minimum Qualifications** **Desired Qualifications (Optional):** **Location:** **PUNE/ GURGAON** **Want to change the world?
