**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled **Power BI Consultant** to join our data analytics practice. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable business intelligence. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end analytics solutions—from data ingestion and complex modeling to high-impact visualization. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who can use data to influence executive decision-making and drive business success. **Key Responsibilities Client Advisory** Partner with stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and translate abstract business objectives into technical data requirements. **Solution Design** Develop and implement sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights through intuitive UI/UX design. **Advanced Data Engineering** Utilize **Power Query (M)** for robust data transformation and **DAX** for complex measures and calculations. **Data Modeling** Design and maintain scalable relational data models, ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" across diverse datasets. **Enablement & Training** Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to promote self-service BI and ensure the effective adoption of Power BI best practices. **Governance & Security** Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage workspace permissions to ensure data privacy and compliance. **Cross-functional Collaboration** Work alongside Data Engineers and Project Managers to ensure data pipelines are optimized for reporting performance. **Mandatory Skills Power BI Mastery** 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, including expert-level proficiency in **DAX** , **Power Query** , and **Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas)** . **Consulting Excellence** Proven track record in a client-facing consultancy role, with the ability to manage expectations and deliver under tight deadlines. **Analytical Thinking** Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and identify trends or anomalies in large datasets. **Multi-Tool Exposure** Familiarity with other BI platforms (Tableau, Qlik) or the broader Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
