**Specific Job Responsibilities:** **MIS & Financial Reporting** - Prepare monthly MIS till EBITDA level including WD1 sales flash. - Perform analysis with a focus on distribution margin for Austria (AT) / Germany (DE) - Preparation of OpEx analysis of deviations and initial derivation of recommendations for action - Collaborating with corporate function for further analysis and data preparation, e.g. Hx Bonus and monthly local reporting - Participation in budgeting and forecasting with support in the preparation of planning calculations and forecasts. - Support year end audits as well as internal audits. - Preparation and visualization of key performance indicators and maintenance and further development of existing reports and dashboards - Ad-hoc analyses with execution of smaller ad-hoc evaluations for local management **Sales Reporting & GTN Processes** - Preparation and analysis of reports, variance analyses, and commentary - Back up for preparing Daily Sales Report (DSR) with analysis. - Support weekly and monthly MIS sales reporting. - Assist with GTN reconciliations and provisions for SHI, LWV, CD, HERA, EBV **Systems, Projects & Process Improvements** - Support implementation of Concur with SAP, PO in SAP, and smaller topics to improve efficiency. - Support UAT for financial templates and update GOA mapping. - Analyze vendor tools and coordinate during development. - Support MIS budgets, forecasts, and URP runs. **Relevant Professional / Educational Background, Skills & Experience** - Inter CA/CMA, MBA Finance, M.com with a strong academic profile. - Minimum 3 to 5 years’ post qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues. - Strong administration, attention detail, technical advances in IT and data management. - Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and manage expectations with confidence. - Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision making within tight time constraints. - Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment.
