Job Description - -------------- TCS hiring Role: EUC and SCCM Location: Noida Experience: 6-10 Must Have: 1. **Difference between MDM and MAM in Intune** 2. **Enrollment methods in Intune** 3. **BYOD vs Corporate owned enrollment process** 4. **Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for managing and securing endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.** 5. **Manage and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles for various operating systems.** 6. **Manage and maintain Windows workstations and other endpoint devices.** 7. **Administer tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM. Ticketing tool: Servicenow.** 8. **Monitor and improve end-user experience using analytics tools.** 9. **Deploy software and patches across the enterprise.** 10. **Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.** **Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.**
