We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: EUC - Desktop Support** **Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years** **Walkin Location: Bengaluru** **Interview Date: 18th July 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue:** **Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus 42, 45-P, Hosur Rd, Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100** **Note-While coming for Walkin:-** · Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies) · Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises. **Must Have:** - Strong experience in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. - Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support. - Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, or endpoint management tools. - Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, and Wi-Fi. - Experience using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira. - Knowledge of printer support and hardware diagnostics. **Good to Have:** - Microsoft Intune Administration - Azure AD / Entra ID - Remote Desktop Support - PowerShell scripting - Endpoint Security Solutions (Defender, CrowdStrike, etc.) **Essential:** - Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support to end users. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory. - Support Microsoft Office 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues. - Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets through ITSM tools. - Perform OS installations, upgrades, and patch management. - Configure and support mobile devices and remote access tools. - Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware lifecycle management. - Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and replacement activities. - Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards. **Minimum Qualification** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
