Job description

**Role: EUS- SCCM L2/L3** **Job Requirements** - **Windows 7 & Windows 10 OS support.** - **Understating of Active Directory & network infrastrutre.** - **SCCM Infrastructure Design & Integration with third party tools like Remedy/SNOW/UI Path/1E-Nomad.** - **Custom ReportQuery using SQL Management studio.** - **Patch Management & third party update deployment using SCCM.** - **Deep understanding of SCCM site server components and related logs.** - **Configuration Item & Baseline usage.** - **Hands on experience of SCCM Current Branch upgrade.** - **Knowledge of WSUS and IIS integrity with SCCM.** - **Operating System Deployment using SCCM.** **Key Responsibilities** - **Managing entire SCCM infrastructure.** - **Should be able to upgrade SCCM with latest version of Current Branch released by Microsoft.** - **Testing new features released in current branch and then enable in production.** - **Hands on experience on Site Server & client side troubleshooting.** - **Managing SCCM on Azure cloud will be an add on.** - **Should be able test & deploy third party/driver updates in client environment.**
