**Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!** **Role : Excel Automation Expert** **Experience : 10+ Years** **Location Mumbai,** **Mode of Interview: Virtual** **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** **Business Intelligence & Analytics** - Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI. - Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions. - Generate actionable insights from large datasets to support strategic and operational decisions. - Create automated MIS reporting frameworks across functions. - Monitor business performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. **Power BI Development** - Design interactive, visually compelling Power BI dashboards. - Build complex data models using DAX, Power Query, and advanced calculations. - Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP, CRM, HRMS, Finance, and Operations systems. - Optimize dashboard performance and governance standards. - Develop self-service BI capabilities across departments. Automation & Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes. - Build automation solutions using: - Advanced Excel - VBA Macros - Power Query - Power Automate - Microsoft Power Platform - Reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting efficiency. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives through digitalization. **Excel Excellence** - Develop advanced Excel models and automated reporting tools. - Build forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and operational analytics models. - Create dynamic dashboards and data visualization frameworks. - Standardize reporting templates and controls. **Data Management & Governance** - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. - Establish reporting governance, documentation, and version control practices. - Collaborate with IT teams for data integration and warehouse initiatives. **Stakeholder Management** - Partner with leadership teams across: - Operations - Data Center Infrastructure - Finance - HR - Procurement - Sales & Business Development - Understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions. - Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and CXOs. **Desired Candidate Profile** **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field. - BSc in any streams **Experience** - 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Automation, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics roles. - Experience working with large-scale organizations, technology companies, infrastructure businesses, or consulting firms preferred. **Technical Skills** **Mandatory** - Advanced Microsoft Excel - VBA & Macro Development - Power BI - Power Query - Data Modeling - SQL **Preferred** - Python - RPA Tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) - Azure Data Services - Fabric - SharePoint - Microsoft Copilot Studio
