We have an exciting opportunity with Coforge for the position of Manager Overseas Tax **Compliance**. **Role:** Manager – Tax **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Location:** Noida/Greater Noida **Qualification:** CA or Non-CA with strong academic background **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage overseas tax compliances for global entities. - Coordinate with overseas tax consultants for tax return filings and tax litigation matters. - Gather and collate information from internal stakeholders during tax filings and assessments. - Handle quarterly income tax provisions for overseas entities. - Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **US Taxation** (Mandatory). - Experience in international/overseas tax compliance. - Knowledge of tax provision and tax reporting. - Exposure to tax audits, assessments, and litigation support.
