As a Telesales Executive - Loan Against Securities You will drive sales through outbound calls by engaging prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and promoting our loan products. This is a hardcore sales role requiring strong communication, persuasion and target-driven performance to achieve business goals. Experience selling loan products or other banking/financial services Proven track record in target-driven sales environments Experience in Personal Loans, Loan Against Securities, Credit Cards, Insurance or other financial products. Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Fin Tech, or Broking industry. Graduate in any discipline. Good negotiation and objection-handling skills. Ability to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards. Immediate joiners preferred.
