The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of presentations and reports. The role involves managing expense reports, tracking approvals, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The Executive Assistant will facilitate effective communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, screen and prioritize correspondence, and ensure timely follow-ups. Additional responsibilities include organizing events, supporting office administration tasks, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and contributing to process improvements in executive support functions. **Qualifications** - Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar, meeting, and travel management - Experience handling Administrative Assistance tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and office coordination - Proficiency in managing Expense Reports, budgeting support, and basic financial tracking - Excellent Communication skills for interacting with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools - High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred
