Job description

The main goal is to authorize agencies, sub-agencies, and employees to conduct insurance business for the insurer. Responsible for processing transactions according to client SLAs and documented procedures. Ensure targets are met and transaction quality complies with predefined standards. Work within strict deadlines to exceed expectations for process metrics and customer satisfaction. - Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any BPO/Non BPO in any industry. We can have people with Life, Annuity or Group insurance experience and not any other industry - Only graduates will be considered for this role, However, we can target B.Com/any finance graduate for fresher roles. – No UG and accounting or finance background is also not required here - Prior experience working in any insurance would be considered.
