**Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee social media pages for Makeup & Salon Professional categories - Stay updated and well versed with latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital communication language - Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for both categories - Coordinate and manage marketing assets including creatives, content, banners, and communication materials - Support communication across website, marketplaces, social media, and other online/offline mediums - Work closely with internal teams including design, category, sales, and performance marketing for timely execution - Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints Track ongoing campaigns and support with execution and coordination activities **Key Requirements:** - Manage and oversee social media pages for Makeup & Salon Professional categories - Stay updated and well versed with latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital communication language - Plan and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for both categories - Coordinate and manage marketing assets including creatives, content, banners, and communication materials - Support communication across website, marketplaces, social media, and other online/offline mediums - Work closely with internal teams including design, category, sales, and performance marketing for timely execution - Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints Track ongoing campaigns and support with execution and coordination activities **Position Specific Requirements:** - 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or digital marketing - Prior experience in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or related industries is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
