Executive - Business Development / Business Analyst

Job description

Key Responsibilities - Conduct financial modelling and feasibility analysis for land acquisition and real estate development opportunities. - Evaluate investments using key metrics such as IRR, ROI, Equity Multiple, Margins, and Cash Flows. - Perform market research, competitive analysis, and track real estate trends, pricing, rentals, and regulatory developments. - Prepare investment proposals, deal notes, presentations, and management reports. - Support deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, approvals, and transaction closure. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and development projects. Desired Skills & Competencies - Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. - Good understanding of real estate development, land acquisition, and investment evaluation. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
