### Job Summary Group Company: Contech Logistics Solutions Private Limited Designation: Executive Customer Service Office Location: Kodihalli, Bangalore Position description: Executive Customer Service ### Primary Responsibilities - Coordination with overseas agents - Coordination with customers - To quote rates to the customers and feedback - Arrange shipments as per customer's requirements at various destinations - Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments - Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis - Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates - To check the overseas invoices - To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before - Arranging planning for road movements (Multi city container boxes) - Sending flyers for new services - Updation of global rate sheets for corporate accounts - Follow up for payments for outstanding ### Reporting - Reporting Designation: General manager - Reporting Department: Sales Marketing ### Educational qualifications preferred - **Category:** Any Graduate - **Degree:** Any Graduate ### Required work experience - **Industry:** Freight Forwarding - **Role:** Customer Service - **Years of experience:** 3-5 Years
