Job Title: Executive - Doctor Network Location: Sector - 14, Gurugram Experience: 0 - 1 Year Working Days - 6 Qualifications : ● Any Graduate (Healthcare background is preferred) Position Overview: HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Doctor Coordinator to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities: ● Doctor Coordination: Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival. ● Doctor Operations: Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions. ● Doctor Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors. ● Doctor Counselling: Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction. ● Doctor Payouts: Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors. ● Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange.
