Preventive maintenance Calibration of instruments Knowledge of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, P&ID, electrical and electronic components Ability to troubleshoot PLC logic (Allen Bradley, Siemens) Knowledge of camera-based vision systems Shopfloor management & shift operations Effective manpower utilization; communication with technicians and contractors
