**A.** **Position Overview** **Position Title** Executive **Department** Financial Planning **Level/ Band** 201 - Executive **Role Summary** : - Approval of Business cases/EJDs - Profitability assessment - Distribution Finance Support - Management Reporting & Analysis **B.** **Organizational Relationships** **Reports To** Manager/Senior Manager-Finance and Accounts **Supervises** - **Job Dimensions** **Geographic Area Covered** PAN India **Stakeholders Internal** Information Technology, Operations-all teams, Finance, Premier Academy (Training), Marketing, Agency Channel, Partnership Distribution **Stakeholders External** **C.** **Key Result Areas** **Approval of Business cases/EJDs** Assist in decision making related to approval of Business cases/EJDs taking into account all relevant aspects and their impact on business. **AIA reporting** Review Quick Report (due on 3rd working day) and Long report (due on 10th working day) on monthly and quarterly basis **GOE Budget Roll out** Ensure timely roll out of Annual GOE budgets to all the departments post approval of Business Plan from the Board of Directors **Business Planning** Revenue Planning, Cost Planning, Target KPI s, Business planning workings and presentation and overall approval **Expense Allocations** Review and analyze the expense allocation on a month-on-month basis and ensure circulation within 1 working day from closure of expenses. Constantly work towards improvement of allocation methods and revisit assumptions around drivers/channels/LOBs Channel Allocations: Prepare channel wise allocations on a MOM basis required for long report. **Distribution finance support** Review the products, RnR initiatives, product mix, profitability by channels and provide recommendations **D.** **Skills Required** **Technical** Thorough understanding of Finance and Accounts functions/systems Recommended to have knowledge on insurance processes **Behavioral** **Essential** **Desired** **Interpersonal skills** **Communication skills** **Creative thinking skills** **Supervising/Leadership skills** **Teamwork Skills** **Influencing skills** **Relationship Building skills** **Decision making skills** **E.** **Incumbent Characteristics** **Essential** **Desired** **Qualification** Graduate **Experience** 1. 0-1years of experience in Finance & Accounts 2.
