We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Finishes to join our team in the real estate industry. Roles and Responsibility - Manage and oversee the finishing touches of construction projects. - Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of finishes. - Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards. - Collaborate with the design team to resolve any issues or discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. - Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
