Location: Mumbai, MH, IN Areas of Work: Sales & Marketing Job Id: 15318 External Job Description Job Purpose The position is that of a Project Manager to manage and execute projects ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery for luxury lighting. Role will involve seamless operation of Lighting Projects on site. This multifaceted position involves a strong understanding of luxury Lighting and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with international lighting companies, providing administrative support for presentations and proposals, collaborating with architects and interior designers. Key Performance Indicators Plan, execute, and oversee electrical and lighting projects from initiation to completion. Ensure adherence to company procedures, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage site staff, provide training, coaching, and performance appraisals. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; implement corrective actions when necessary. Maintain accurate project documentation and site administration as per company requirements. Represent the organization professionally in all interactions and maintain high standards of site presentation. Strong understanding of electrical drawings, project planning, erection, and maintenance. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; good knowledge of internet tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions under pressure. Familiarity with LED lighting systems and automation solutions.
