Description External Job Description Job Purpose - To ensure uninterrupted availability of sanitaryware products by managing procurement, supplier relationships, inventory planning, cost optimization, quality compliance, and supply chain risk mitigation while supporting business growth and customer service targets Business Responsibility Areas Business objectives 1Procurement & Sourcing Material procurement execution as per planning for sanitaryware products and componentsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliersNegotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial agreementsEnsure timely placement of purchase orders based on demand and inventory requirements2Supplier Management Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, cost, and serviceConduct periodic supplier reviews and performance evaluationsMaintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendorsQuality & Compliance Ensure procured products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with Quality teams for inspections, audits, and complaint resolutionsCost Optimization Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineeringMonitor commodity and market trends impacting procurement costsImprove procurement efficiency and working capital managementNew Product and Current Product Development Identify and develop capable suppliers for new sanitaryware products, accessories, and componentsMonitor development timelines and proactively address sourcing or supply risks to meet launch schedulesSupport value engineering and cost optimization during product development stages
