Location: Hyderabad, TG, IN Areas of Work: Supply Chain Job Id: 15256 **External Job Description** - Manage daily warehouse operations including receipts, storage, picking, and dispatches - Ensure strict adherence to DC SOPs and Work Instructions - Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards as per the Safety Management System of Asian Paints - Overseeing the implementation of 5S activities in the warehouse and supervising Contract Workmen in terms of adherence to 5S norms - Perform cycle counts and physical stock taking on a periodic basis to ensure inventory integrity - Manage and coordinate CFA employees, transporters, and loaders for smooth day to day operations - Drive cross functional coordination with plant departments and central teams - Handle operational exceptions such as damaged inventory and engineering related breakdowns - Maintain and develop MIS reports as per management requirements for timely and accurate updates - Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on optimization, NVA reduction, and cost efficiency **Competencies** Scientific Rigor Standing for each other’s success Audacity Integrity Creative Zeal Customer Passion Functional Competency
