Description **External Job Description** Job Description for Dcor Sales Officer The ideal candidate to have experience of working in a Home Dcor showroom The Goal will be to ensure store team is driving Dcor category sales and are adhering to operational excellence guidelines to create delightful experience for customers  What Youll Do •   &nbspDriving Sales thru store staff •   &nbspDrive Store level GMV and Revenue •   &nbspStore staff will report to Sales officer directly Sales Officer is responsible for productivity of each store staff •   &nbspMaintain customer level Index •   &nbspMeeting customers for conversion •   &nbspDrive on ground Demand generation activities •   &nbspDealer servicing •   &nbspMaintain Dealer Health Card for all issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve the same •   &nbspMaintain dlr accounts related to sales and material servicing follow ups with Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC/ WT  •   &nbspServing role of a Single Point contact for the store •   &nbspCoordination with all stakeholders as a SPOC for order servicing and issues if any - Sleek/ Bath/ UPVC •   &nbspExecution of Hygiene areas •   &nbspDrive Store Operational excellence •   &nbspFocus on effective usage of Digital journey leading to customer conversion •   &nbspTeam training •   &nbspTeam grooming in coordination with central training team •   &nbspTeam recruitment What Youll Need •   &nbspProven experience as a Senior Salesperson in Dcor showroom •   &nbspAbility to manage multiple customers in various stages of sales conversion •   &nbspOutstanding negotiation skills •   &nbspExcellent organizational and time-management skills •   &nbspA team player with leadership abilities
