Job Title **Executive Operations (Inventory)** **Experience:** 24 Years Job Summary Ensure accurate inventory management through effective stock control, cycle counting, system compliance, and warehouse process adherence. Support inventory accuracy, optimize storage, and maintain operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits. - Execute putaway activities and ensure proper location management. - Monitor and control damaged, lost, and expired inventory. - Support pick path analysis to improve warehouse productivity. - Handle high-value and sensitive inventory as per defined SOPs. - Ensure timely system updates and adherence to inventory processes. - Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions. - Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. - Maintain inventory records, reports, and audit documentation. Requirements - Graduate in any discipline. - 24 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations. - Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel. - Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
