Job description

**Role & responsibilities:-** 1. Monitor and control manufacturing processes related to sheet metal fabrication (laser cutting, bending, welding, CNC punching, forming, etc.) 2. Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, control plans, and quality standards 3. Plan and conduct internal process audits as per audit schedule. 4. Identify process nonconformities and areas for improvement 5. Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of audit findings through CAPA. 6. Analyze process performance data and quality trends. 7.Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions on the shop floor 8. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF / customerspecific requirements 9. Assist during customer, external, and certification audits 10. Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, PFMEA, and control plans 11. Ensure proper documentation and record retention 12. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues 13. Support new product and process development from a quality perspective 14. Train and guide shopfloor personnel on process quality requirements and best practices
