Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and official correspondence. - Coordinate academic programs, CMEs, workshops, conferences, and training activities. - Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and departmental documentation. - Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, medical colleges, universities, and regulatory bodies. - Assist in maintaining records related to accreditation, inspections, academic schedules, and compliance requirements. - Monitor and follow up on departmental action items and project timelines. - Support recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of faculty, residents, interns, and students. - Maintain confidential records, files, and official documents. - Coordinate travel arrangements, guest visits, and official events for the department. - Ensure proper communication flow between the Directors office and stakeholders. - Handle data management, MIS reports, and periodic departmental updates. - Assist in policy documentation and implementation related to medical education activities. Experience - 2-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical education coordination, or executive support roles in hospitals/medical colleges.
