**Job Description:** - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, o Personal Assistant supporting Managing Directors, CEOs, CXOs, or Senior Leadership. • Female candidates preferred. • Age between 35 and 45 years. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • **Mandatory language proficiency: English, Kannada, and Hindi.** **Knowledge of additional regional or foreign languages will be an added advantage.** • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. • Highly mature, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with complete discretion. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with the maturity to understand business situations and act appropriately. • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to ensure timely closure of action items. • Excellent drafting skills for professional emails, letters, presentations, MOMs, and reports. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, and other business collaboration tools. • Well-groomed, presentable, and courteous with a customer-centric approach. • Must be punctual and committed to adhering to office timings. **Roles & Responsibilities** • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MoM). • Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. • Track action items, follow up with departments, and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries. • Maintain confidential records, executive files, and business documents with a high level of discretion. • Provide administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Managing Director's office. • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director. **What We Offer** • 5 Day Work Week (Monday Friday) • Flexible work timings • Structured learning & upskilling programs conducted by subject matter experts • Structured leadership development initiatives designed to foster professional growth and advancement • Opportunity to Collaborate with highly accomplished technical experts in the field and work with skilled and dynamic team across geographies • Competitive salary • Health Insurance • Travel Reimbursement - Mobile allowances - Corporate Mobile Connection - Laptop As a culture, priority is always given to talent within the organization for growth **Reporting Line: Managing Director** **Designation: Executive Secretary** **Reporting To: Managing Director**
