What the role involves: • Driving category sales and owning business performance on the platform • Planning and executing brand campaigns & promotions • Monitoring category performance, margins, and key business KPIs • Working closely with brand partners and internal stakeholders • Enhancing customer experience and retention strategies • Forecasting, reporting, and analysing category trends We’re looking for: • 1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce / Retail / Beauty Category Management • Strong analytical and execution skills • Excellent stakeholder & brand management capabilities • Very good proficiency in MS Excel (must-have) • Strong business presentation and problem-solving skills • MBA candidates preferred If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love combining business with beauty, we’d love to connect!
