Qua **Job Profile** Preparation of Ind AS compliant financials on Quarterly/Annual basis. Preparation of Monthly MIS / Management accounts with co-ordination with all Business units including all the Subsidiaries. Period closure/Book closure activities for Corporate. Preparation of deck for various management review meetings and Board meetings. Co-ordination with External Auditors for completion of Audit. Co-ordination with Internal auditors and other stakeholders for resolving open observations. Internal Financial Control (IFC) Compliance. Preparation of Annual Budgets/AOP and Long Range plans (LRP). **Qualification & Work experience** Qualified CA with 0-4 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing Industries. Even Qualified CA can apply. - Financial reporting as per required Indian Accounting Standards of a listed entity Year/Quarter end Financials and Consolidation of Financials. - Preparation of Management accounts i.e. Monthly MIS - Preparation of Monthly & Annual Budgets /Rolling forecasts.
