Executive / Senior Executive - Project Feasibility (Retail/QSR)

**Experience:** 3 - 7 Years **Locations:** Bangalore (Contractual) / Kolkata (On-roll) **Travel:** Extensive travel required across the assigned region. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Project Feasibility Executive** to conduct site feasibility assessments for upcoming **KFC, Pizza Hut, and Costa Coffee** stores. The role involves site surveys, measurements, MEP documentation, feasibility reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support new store development projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct site recces and feasibility studies for upcoming store locations. - Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed site documentation. - Capture and document MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and utility points. - Identify site constraints, risks, and opportunities affecting store design and operations. - Define the project scope during feasibility in line with brand standards. - Prepare feasibility reports with photographs, drawings, measurements, and service mapping. - Coordinate with Design, Projects, and other stakeholders for layout planning and clarifications. - Travel extensively across North India and other regions as per business requirements. - Maintain organized records of feasibility reports for future reference and audits. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design. - 3-7 years of experience in site feasibility, site surveys, or project execution within Retail, QSR, Commercial Interiors, or Fit-out projects. - Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and other building services. - Experience in preparing feasibility reports using MS Office with CAD support. - Willing to travel extensively (10-15 days per month).
