**Executive Supply Chain Management** **Experience:** 2–5 Years **Location:** Madhapur, Hyderabad **Salary:** 3.50 LPA **Industry:** Healthcare / Telehealth **Job Summary:** We are looking for a **Procurement Executive** to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiations, and timely delivery of materials and services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end procurement for IT, branding, office supplies, consumables, uniforms, and project requirements. - Identify and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings. - Manage the complete vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management. - Handle and streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely processing and payments. - Coordinate with IT, Marketing, Admin, and Operations teams to understand and fulfill procurement requirements. - Monitor inventory and consumption to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and documentation standards. - Track procurement metrics such as cost savings, vendor performance, and order cycle time. - Manage multiple vendors simultaneously, from sourcing through final delivery. - Support event and project-based procurement, ensuring timely availability of materials and services. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing. - Strong vendor management, negotiation, and sourcing skills. - Good understanding of P2P and procurement processes. - Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple requirements and vendors within tight deadlines. - Experience in healthcare/telehealth or corporate procurement will be an added advantage.
