Experience Centre Executive

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors to the Experience Centre. - Conduct engaging and informative walkthroughs of the Experience Centre, tailoring presentations to different visitor groups. - Deliver compelling presentations on Tata Power's business, innovation, sustainability initiatives, and customer solutions. - Ensure a seamless and premium visitor experience from arrival to departure. - Interact confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, customers, government officials, and business partners. - Coordinate visit schedules and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Experience Centre engagements. - Maintain the overall readiness and presentation standards of the Experience Centre. - Gather visitor feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall experience. **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate in any discipline. - 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles within: - Real Estate Experience Centres - Hospitality - Art Galleries/Museums/Experience Centres - Luxury Retail - Corporate Visitor Centres - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance with high standards of grooming and etiquette. - Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and senior leadership. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. - Proactive, well-organized, and service-oriented mindset. **Preferred Competencies** - Executive presence and confidence. - Exceptional customer service orientation. - Strong conversational and influencing skills. - Ability to adapt communication style based on the audience. - High level of professionalism and discretion.
