Job Title Expertise MS Dynamics 365 || Pune MS Dynamics Developer Location: Pune, IndiaExperience: 4 to 10 years 5 Days Work From Office What does a successful MS Dynamics Developer do at Fiserv? In this role, you will design, develop and support Microsoft Dynamics solutions that help drive operational efficiency, improve user experience and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, configure and customize solutions, and deliver scalable, high-quality applications that align with enterprise standards. What you will do: • Design, develop, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics solutions based on business and technical requirements • Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications • Configure and customize Dynamics modules, workflows, forms, dashboards and integrations • Develop plugins, custom workflows, reports and enhancements within the Microsoft Dynamics environment • Integrate MS Dynamics with other enterprise applications and third-party platforms • Support data migration, system upgrades, deployments and environment management activities • Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes and provide timely resolution • Perform unit testing, system testing and support user acceptance testing • Create and maintain technical documentation, process documents and support materials • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA and business teams to deliver reliable solutions • Ensure solutions follow security, compliance and coding best practices • Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement recommendations What you will need to have: • 4 to 10 years of overall IT experience • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Strong experience in customization, configuration and development within MS Dynamics • Create and manage copilot agents • Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows and web services • Experience in integrating Dynamics with external systems using APIs or middleware • Good understanding of Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps • Experience with SQL Server and data migration activities • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field What would be great to have: • Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, CRM or ERP modules based on business need • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management • Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards • Microsoft Dynamics certifications • Experience working in an enterprise environment with global teams • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: • Apply using your legal name • Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
