**Role & responsibilities** **Position Summary** Manage the end-to-end process for external certification requests, including eligibility validation, certification license assignment, issue resolution, and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for professionals pursuing certifications through external vendors. Key Responsibilities - Review and process certification requests through the VTMS application. - Validate eligibility and ensure compliance with certification requirements. - Assign certification licenses via external vendor portals. - Maintain and update process documentation and procedures. - Resolve issues related to certification requests and license assignments. - Track and report certification requests, approvals, and license utilization. Qualifications - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. - 1–2 years of experience in vendor management, certification administration, learning & development, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in web-based applications and vendor portals. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of certification programs such as SAP, Workday, AWS, or similar platforms. - Experience with VTMS or related vendor management systems. - Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively.
