Job description
**Role & responsibilities** A F&A Transformation lead is responsible to lead the Transformation & Improvement agenda for the vertical/customers assigned, work closely with COOs and other senior stakeholders, including clients. S/he is accountable to identify, coach and develop talent and charter agenda that covers productivity delivery, profitability improvement, client business impact. A Transformation lead ensures smooth delivery on functional & vertical goals for F&A at global level through resource deployment, collaboration and solving for systemic changes. Location: NCR (Gurugram/Noida), Hyderabad **Preferred candidate profile** Strong F&A transformation experience in O2C, P2P, R2R Strong digital, Finance, Business Transformation experience. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Hands on stakeholder management skills. Should have worked with senior stakeholders, CXO level. Global exp, handling multiple geos will be an added advantage, Worked on digital tools, Agentic AI. CA preferred
