**Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant** **Location:** Pune **Experience:** 10+Years **Job Type:** Full-Time **Job Description** We are looking for a highly skilled **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant** with strong hands-on experience in D365 F&O/AX 2012 development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have worked on at least one end-to-end D365 F&O implementation project and possess expertise in technical development, integrations, data migration, reporting, deployments, and Azure DevOps. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. - Develop and customize Forms, Tables, Classes, Extensions, and Data Entities using X++. - Create and enhance SSRS reports, RDP reports, and business documents. - Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise applications using OData, REST APIs, DMF, and other integration frameworks. - Perform data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities. - Develop and maintain batch jobs and background processes. - Participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects. - Manage code deployment, build and release pipelines using Azure DevOps and LCS. - Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Provide technical support during testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production phases. - Follow best practices for coding, security, performance tuning, and documentation. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong experience in Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O development. - Expertise in: - X++ - Extensions - Chain of Command (CoC) - Event Handlers - Data Entities - Forms Development - SSRS Reports Development - Integrations - Data Migration - Batch Framework - LCS - Azure DevOps - Deployments & Upgrades - Experience working on at least one full-cycle D365 F&O implementation project. Preferred Skills - Certification in D365 F&O Technical (MB-500, MB-300). - Experience in Global Template Development and Rollout Projects. - Experience working with international/global clients. - Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Project Accounting modules. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
