**Walk-in-Drive at TCS Hyderabad!!!!!** **Date- 11-July 2026 (Saturday)** **Time- 9am-1pm** **Role-** **SAP Success Factor Time and Attendance Consultant** **Venue**: **Deccan Park, Plot No. 1, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081** **Exp: 6 + years** **Key Responsibilities** - **Support end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off and Time Tracking modules** - **Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into system design and configurations** - **Configure SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements and quality standards** - **Support data migration, testing (SIT, UAT), training and cutover activities** - **Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements** - **Produce high-quality documentation including process flows, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications** - **Advise clients on SuccessFactors best practices, roadmap and release management** - **Collaborate with cross-functional teams including integration, reporting, and change management** - **Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.** - **Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Time Management** - **Certified in at least one of the following SuccessFactors modules: EC or Time Management** - **Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors best practice** - **Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering and translating into technical solutions** - **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal** - **Ability to manage priorities, work independently and in teams, and meet project deadlines** - **Experience of working in a consulting environment or delivering projects for external clients** **Preferred:** - **Additional module certifications (e.g., Rec, Onboarding, LMS, PMGM)** - **SAP HCM / ECC HR or S/4HANA experience** - **Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems (e.g., ADP)** - **Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud)** - **Understanding of UK & I HR legislation and compliance requirements.**
