**Job Requirements** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled QA Tester to join our team, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both manual and automated test scripts to ensure quality and performance of digital software applications. The candidate should be able to identify bugs, validate fixes, and enhance the automation frameworks. Essential Responsibilities Manual Testing - Conduct manual testing (functional, regression, sanity, smoke). - Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues. - Document test cases, test plans, and bug reports in JIRA with clear reproduction steps. - Perform cross-browser/platform testing (Chrome, mobile etc) and report defects. Automation Scripting & Framework Development - Write, maintain, and execute Selenium-based automated test scripts (Java/Python) for web applications. - Design and enhance scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Pytest) with reusable components. - Integrate and run automated test suites in AWS CI/CD pipelines - Generate detailed test reports and share insights with developers and stakeholders. - Ensure test environments (staging, production-like) are stable and reflect real-world conditions. API & Backend Testing - Validate REST APIs using tools like Postman - Write automated API tests and integrate them into regression suites. - Verify database integrity with SQL queries for backend testing. Agile & Team Collaboration - Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirement Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT **Work Experience** Experience: - 5+ years of experience in QA automation. - Experience in testing responsive web applications and selenium automation - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Desired Skills: - Quick learner - Experience with AWS, JIRA - Passion for the environment
