**Expereince in Validaiton and Automation program or project management preferably in Automotive HIL development and validaiton programs** **- Proven track record in managing Validation of various domains involving multiple teams or suppliers** **- Good understnadning of HIL Architecture, hardware,** **- Experience working with OEMs or tier-1 suppliers is an advantage** **- PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred** **- Strong planning and execution skills with a delivery focused mindset** **- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder mangement skills,** **- Technical understanding of software integration, validation and release management** **- Financial and analytical skills for tracking budgets and program health** **- Collaborative leadership and problem solving ability in a dynamic environment** **- On-time software releases meeting customer and internal quality standards** **- Positive customer feedback and relationship health** **- Program cost and effort within the approved budget** **- Minimal escalations and controlled change management** **- Smooth production readiness with validation of various domains as per software maturity.** **- Proven skills in developing test cases for hardware/software system validation** **- Prior experience validating components in the Automotive EE**
