We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and excellent leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility - Manage and maintain the overall operations of the facility, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Supervise and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues or concerns. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management services. - Analyze data and reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of facilities management principles, practices, and procedures. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
