**Job Description:** Facility Manager – Site Lead, Chennai - Lead end-to-end facilities operations for a large IT company in a campus environment. - Drive overall site performance across soft services, F&B, space management, and vendor operations. - Manage food court, cafeteria, and banqueting operations with focus on quality, hygiene, and Employee satisfaction. - Ensure high standards of food safety and compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines. - Oversee housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, landscaping, waste management, and parking operations. - Working knowledge of Office Commute, Shift Cab operations and billing and compliance processes for both portfolios. - Ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement in service delivery across all soft service functions. - Optimize space utilization, manage seating, employee movements and workplace infrastructure upgrades. - Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reporting for space and facility utilization. - Lead vendor management including onboarding, performance evaluation, compliance, and cost optimization. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for seamless service delivery and issue resolution. - Drive preventive and corrective maintenance coordination for facility infrastructure and equipment. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational readiness, safety, and compliance standards. - Own internal, external, statutory, and engagement audits with timely closure of observations and NCs. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols, corporate policies and industry standards across operations. - Lead large teams across facilities and F&B operations, ensuring productivity and service excellence. - Drive training programs on safety, emergency response and best practices in facilities management. - Act as a single point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution with high ownership. - Enhance overall employee experience through service quality improvements and feedback-driven initiatives. - Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service standards - Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained workplace environment for all employees. - Manage operations in a large integrated campus setup with multiple amenities and high footfall. **Qualifications & Experience** - :Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Hotel Management preferred - .10+ years in IT campuses / corporate facilities / hospitality - .Experienced facilities professional with proven exposure to managing end-to-end campus operations - .Experience in F&B operations, soft services and vendor management - .Exposure to audits, compliance and safety standards - .Experience handling large teams and multi-service operations **.
