**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage soft services such as cafeteria, canteen, housekeeping, transportation, guest houses, security, and facility services. - Ensure efficient operations of all facilities under management. - Oversee daily activities of staff responsible for soft services. - Develop and implement policies and procedures for soft services. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
