Job description

**Key Responsibilities** **1. Soft Services Operations** - Manage daily housekeeping, pest control, waste management, pantry, cafeteria, and security operations. - Conduct regular floor walk-throughs to monitor site standards, cleanliness, and maintenance. - Ensure pantry services, coffee/tea vending machines, and event setups run smoothly. - Maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols across workstations, restrooms, and common areas. **2. Vendor Management** - Supervise third-party vendors, outsourced janitorial staff, and pantry staff. - Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs. - Track vendor attendance, duty rosters, and compliance requirements.
