Facility Manager

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Operational Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services for cluster of dark stores. - Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and safe. - Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facility's budget, including expense tracking and cost-saving initiatives. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers. - Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures and manage incidents as they arise. - Space Management: Oversee space allocation, layout planning, and office relocation as needed. - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor facility staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative support. **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related role. - Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge: Understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and safety regulations.
