**JD for Line Supervisor - Assembly Shop** **Location Manesar** **Experience 3 9 Years** **Education - Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical** **Designation JE/SE** **Job Responsibilities** 1. Supervise and coordinate assembly line operations to meet daily production targets. 2. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 3. Monitor product quality at each stage and take immediate corrective actions for defects. 4. Maintain strict compliance with safety standards and promote a zero-accident culture. 5. Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and task distribution. 6. Train and guide operators on process improvements, quality standards, and safety practices. 7. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve line efficiency. 8. Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime of operational machines. 9. Maintain line documents & records accurately. 10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Kaizen. 11. Handle disciplinary issues and maintain team discipline and motivation. **Competencies / Skills** 1. Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production workflows 2. Familiarity with safety, quality standards (like ISO 45001, 9001 practices) 3. Leadership and team handling skills 4. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure 5.
