About the Role We are looking for a PnM Servicing professional responsible for ensuring smooth field operations, effective vendor coordination, and adherence to NoBroker SOPs and service standards. This is a field-intensive role involving daily travel of approximately 30–40 km, regular vendor interactions, and field audits to ensure processes and quality standards are being followed. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily field visits for servicing, operational checks, and audits. Travel approximately 30–40 km daily as part of field operations. Conduct regular field audits to ensure that NoBroker SOPs, processes, and service standards are strictly followed. Identify process deviations, service gaps, and operational issues during field audits. Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of services. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to defined SOPs and operational guidelines. Conduct surprise/regular checks at vendor and service locations. Identify gaps and take corrective action in coordination with vendors and internal teams. Maintain proper audit records, observations, and action points. Follow up with vendors to ensure closure of audit findings within timelines. Escalate recurring or critical SOP violations to the relevant teams. Ensure consistent service quality and a positive customer experience. Prepare regular reports on field audits, vendor performance, SOP compliance, and service issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience working with vendors is preferred/required. Prior experience in Logistics is highly preferred. Experience in field operations, audits, servicing, or vendor management will be an advantage. Comfortable with daily field travel of 30–40 km. Strong understanding of process compliance and operational discipline. Good communication and vendor-management skills. Strong observation and problem-solving abilities. Good follow-up and escalation skills. Ability to identify process gaps and ensure corrective actions. Should be proactive, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be field-oriented, process-driven, and strong in vendor management. They should be comfortable conducting audits, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring 100% adherence to NoBroker SOPs across field operations.
